We have single, twin and double rooms. The large twin room has a seperate bathroom with shower and dressing room. The double room has a private bathroom with bath. All rooms are equipped with a colour television and tea and coffee making facilities. A FULL ENGLISH BREAKFAST is provided.

The first floor landing has a communal six-foot slate snooker table and a fridge for the use of guests.

There is a large off-road parking area. As you can see all rooms are first floor with views over the open countryside.

Paddock Cottage is situated next to parkland, the picturesque Watford Park, alongside of which runs the Grand Union Canal.
